Are there any rankings requirements to enter?
No, this is an open tournament. However, players will be seeded based on their current AITA or national rankings if applicable. Unranked players will be placed via random draw.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the tournament start date. 50% refunds are available up to 7 days prior. No refunds are issued within 7 days of the event.
Can spectators attend for free?
Yes, general admission for spectators is completely free for all qualifying rounds and quarter-finals. VIP seating for semi-finals and finals requires a nominal ticket fee.
What happens in case of rain?
In the event of severe weather, matches will be rescheduled to our 4 indoor backup courts or delayed. All scheduling updates are communicated instantly via SMS and email.
